I have tried to make this website easy to navigate for people interested in learning more about my work.

After years as a successful business executive, I started helping people in a variety of ways. Through my consulting, coaching, and facilitation work, I have had the opportunity to have social impact through the improved performance of my clients.

I take on very few assignments and keep client relationships flexible and uncomplicated. My goal is to help in any way that I can, including trying to re-direct people when my skills, the timing, or other circumstances are not the right fit.
