Background

In 2003, after three years as a partner of The Bridgespan Group, I decided to continue helping nonprofits, but on projects that were smaller in scale and generally more local to the San Francisco Bay Area than those of Bridgespan. I maintain close ties to the firm and have a similar approach to nonprofit and foundation strategy. I am a sole practitioner, a one-man firm, and predominantly work with clients who have been referred by word-of-mouth. I work on very few projects at a time to ensure quality and personal attention.
